RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Scentific. We aim to deliver exceptional experiences through our curated perfume subscription service. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns or refunds are allowed, how to request them, and what to expect.

  1. SUBSCRIPTION FEES
  • 1.1 Non-Refundable
    All subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, annual, promotional) are non-refundable once processed.
  • 1.2 Cancellation
    Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle customers to refunds for the current billing period or fees already paid.
  1. PRODUCT RETURNS
  • 2.1 Hygiene & Safety Policy
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed perfume products cannot be returned or refunded, including samples and subscription vials.
  • 2.2 Eligible Replacements
    The are no returns however we do cover replacements and are only allowed if:
    • Items arrive damaged or broken
    • Incorrect items are delivered
    Customers must notify Scentific within 7 calendar days of receipt and provide photographic evidence.
  • 2.3 Non-Eligible Replacements
    • Change of mind or fragrance preference
    • Opened or used products
    • Items reported after 7 days
    • Lost or stolen items with proof of delivery
  1. REFUNDS
  • 3.1 There is no option for refunds once the product has been shipped. Subscription fees and prepaid plans are strictly non-refundable.
